Weird Issues with SQL Server, Visual Studio and Entity-Framework

1. Sometimes, Visual Studio and Entity Framework caches Appsettings and becomes nearly impossible to diagnose
    Things to Try:
     - Restart the computer
     - Clean Solution
     - Rebuild
Nothing happens.

Solution: Press Windows Key + R then type in %temp%,  a folder pops up, close Visual Studio if it is running
                 - Delete all files in that folder except for files that can't be deleted.
                  - Restart your Computer and Visual Studio
