Shellharbour council's Reddall Reserve playground slide 'dangerous' as young Tailah Smith breaks leg

Two-year-old Tailah Smith went down the slide at Shellharbour's brand new Reddall Reserve (pictured) when her leg flipped and snapped. Her family is now warning of the dangers.
