Read the documentation here to install Drupal Console. These commands do not matter which directory you are currently in Make sure you install Curl on your machine or else it won't work:
  1. curl https://drupalconsole.com/installer -L -o drupal.phar
  2. mv drupal.phar /usr/local/bin/drupal
  3. chmod +x /usr/local/bin/drupal
