Senior Software Engineer (2 roles, React OR Python)

Hello! 

My name is Joe Conjerti and I'm the founder of Retain - a human-centric recruiting firm. 

I'm helping my friend Leo Peña find 2 Senior/Lead Engineers for his startup, Presta!

Presta is a fintech company helping local banks and CDFI's (Community Driven Financial Institutions) increase lending access and improve customer experience for local businesses. In english, Presta helps your local coffee shop, butcher, greenhouse or surf shop obtain friendlier terms from the banks in their community.

Presta is a Techstars 22 startup in Boulder and is looking for two engineers to stand up best practices, drive product roadmap, and help with hiring/mentorship. 

As for the roles:

• The tech stack is React and Python
• Development is completely greenfield
• Work is completely remote
• And Presta prioritizes work/life balance

I'd be happy to tell you more and see if it's a good fit. Generally, we're looking for a Mid-level engineer ready to take the jump to senior or a true Senior Engineer with some slight mentorship experience.
