GLOBE TELECOM subscribers have complained about numerous failures or failed SMS (short messaging system) they sent out from their smartphones.These were also the same complaints forwarded by Globe Telecom subscribers to The Mindanao Examiner since last month. They said many of their SMS had failed to reach its recipients.
