Publishing Asp.Net Core to Azure AppService using Kudu

Steps:

1. Create an AppService Plan
2. Create a WebApp under the AppService you created in 1.
3. Go to DevelopmentTools on the left pane of the Dashboard
    => Click on Advanced Tools
         => Go
            This will take you to kudo a tool that allows you to create a web app directory and up files
4. After creating the web app directory and have uploaded the files.
    => You need to map the path of / to point to the directory you just created with your app files uploaded.


Troubleshooting:
1. Cannot drag and drop files into Azure Kudu, it shows the cursor is disabled.
    Solution: Try to open the same url using a different Browser. There is a chance that Azure is prompting you to re-authenticate
                    and Kudo application is not syncing with your credentials.
